How KJ's Barber & Hair Creationz Got Started?
KJ's Barbershop is an offspring of CanRoz Inc. Which started August 1, 2003. The shop was known as Masterclippers for years until a husband and wife by the name Ken and Jaime Williams came around and purchased the shop the year of 2002. Mr. Joseph Cannon started working at Masterclippers August 1, 2002 and six months later the name of the shop changed to KJ's Barber & Hair Creationz (Ken and Jaime). It was then that the power of God came over Joseph and gave him the vision of the shop soon to be his along with business partner Kevin Rozier. And by having the faith, six months later the vision came true. On August 1, 2003 the shop still had the name KJ's but different owners Kevin Rozier and Joseph Cannon was now on the start to something great. KJ's now stand for (Kevin and Joseph), but also and mainly stands for Keeping Jesus. Since then there are now five partners and three locations. Kevin Rozier, Jer-rod Jones, Joseph Cannon, Khalid Jabbar, and Lionel Harris are all partners affliated with CanRoz Corporation. Kevin and Jer-rod is holding down the Fremont shop while the other partners are taking care of the others. July 7, 2007 (07/07/07) The complete jackpot, KJ's opened a Shop in Hayward at 22126 Mission Blvd (Khalid & Joseph) and on March 7, 2009 (03/07/09) HairIs KJ''s Barber & Hair Creationz came into existence at 485 West Grantline Rd. in Tracy Ca. (Lionel Harris & Joseph Cannon) for divine completion. Three is for God The Father, The Son, & The Holy Spirit which is the Trinity (Perfection). And the way the name HairIs came about is by putting a twist on the last name of partner Mr. Lionel Harris which sums up the whole corporation and let everyone know whose keeping us as lwe serve Him.

The Foundation
Living by faith and not by sight is the foundation and leaning on CHRIST. There is not a day of business that goes by without opening the barbershop without morning prayer. Morning prayer is open to any and everyone that is there when the doors open at eight a.m. The wise man built his house upon a rock, well so did CanRoz Inc. / KJ's Barber & Hair Creationz because the rock is Jesus Christ. To see where the shop started from and how business presently is, is just proof that where God leads he will provide.
 
Who We Are?
KJ's (Keeping Jesus) is a Barbershop located in the heart of Fremont California on the busy block of 3500 Mowry, but that's not all. There is now a second location opened July 7, 2007 (777) located at 22126 Mission blvd in Hayward Ca (Mission by Grace) because it only by grace that we are here at this position. And it's ironic that Joseph Cannon attended barber college at Moler Barber College located at 3500 Broadway in Oakland California to have the same numbers as the address of the first shop. The story of these two young men is just an inspiration to all. Kevin Rozier and Joseph Cannon are both family oriented, they're fathers, have goals, poets, authors, barbers, and Realtors just to name a few. But they're more, they are men of God and God is directing their every move. KJ's is a base where everyone can go and feel the love and the spirit in the air. It's not your typical barbershop, but a home for some, a Church for others, and a place to gathers thoughts for most. Between both shops the barbershop consist of eleven barbers, three cosmetologist, five braiders, and also an on site photography at the Hayward location whom all takes pride in their work. KJ's is a blessing to lots of people that benefit from getting their hair cut there. When you go there, you have no choice but to be motivated and inspired do to the fact that everyone working there is no older than 30 years old and conduct themselves very well. The Business was brought by CanRoz, Inc. and has been open for six years and counting. It's a pure example of what God brings together may no man tear apart. Joseph Cannon president of CanRoz Inc/ owner of KJ’s along with business partner & director Khalid Jabbar. The shop grand opening day was July 7, 2007 (777). KJ’s Barber and Hair Creationz started August 2003 originally by Joseph and CEO Kevin Rozier in the city of Fremont. Now there are two locations thanks to God. Kevin and Jer-rod runs Fremont and Khalid and Joe runs Hayward.
Anyhow here at KJ’s we believe in not only making you look good on the outside, but on the inside as well. "WE’ll Keep You Looking Good". The shop opens at 8am - 7pm Monday thru Friday and until 5pm on Saturdays. Upon opening we all join together for morning prayer as an unit. KJ’s is a very comfortable home felt shop where you can come and relax while watching our plasma television in our lobby section. There is no profanity allowed. nor just anything on t.v. Here at KJ’s we believe in giving back to the community and is going about this in form of giving scholarships to the members of the shop children that are on they way to college.
We provide all kinds of services here. Not only can you get your haircut or hairstyled, you can get a massage while waiting from our therapist. You can get excellent pictures taken from our on-site photographer www.reneegoldsby.com (click to view gallery) and also enjoy private room treatment from our hair stylist if preferred. There are two beautiful braiders that specialize in corn rows, twist, dreads, micro braids, singles and more. The barbers provide fades, tapers, shaves, facials, designs and etc... The stylist provides flat iron, relaxer, color, the sytle you desire and more.

KJ’s Barber & Hair Creationz is a very spaceful, peaceful, and blessed shop. The shop is 2200 sqft. and sets on the main street in Hayward. Inside KJ’s we have products for sale along with snacks, soda, water bottle and more. The owner Joseph Cannon in which is an author also sells his books here. You can receive your own personal autographed copy. The name of the book is "Don’t Give Up On Your Dreams" inspire yourself by gaining wisdom. This shop is ran by blessed young men and women that God placed together and their here to serve you. KJ’s provides you with four barbers, two hair stylist, two braiders, a massage therapist, and a photographer. And if you are concerned with parking, there is plenty of parking in the parking lot or the front of the shop. |
